DONALDSON NAMES MILSPEC SERVICES ITS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR FOR AUSTRALIAN, NEW ZEALAND MILITARY GROUND VEHICLES

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., May 14, 2013 – Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) has named Milspec Services Pty Ltd as the authorized distributor of its advanced-technology filtration products supporting ground vehicles operated by Australia’s and New Zealand’s defense forces.

Since its establishment in 1993, Queensland, Australia-based Milspec Services has developed a worldwide reputation for providing comprehensive solutions, exceptional service and unparalleled support on time and within budget. Its work for the military forces of Australia and New Zealand and their contractors focuses on providing total logistic solutions for any situation, state-of-the-art repairs, overhauls and modifications and ground support equipment for all needs.

Under their distributor agreement, Milspec Services will work with Donaldson to improve the performance and reliability of the Australian and New Zealand forces’ existing ground vehicles through improved aftermarket support and innovative retrofit solutions. Milspec Services also will work to integrate new Donaldson products into acquisitions of new ground vehicles by those forces.
